Panta Sorb 1 750 ml

Panta Sorb 1 is a highly effective adsorber granulate based on iron(III) hydroxide for the reliable binding of phosphates and silicates in freshwater and marine aquariums. Phosphates and silicates cause excessive algae growth, and can be reliably removed by Panta Sorb 1. To ensure the highest possible effectiveness of Panta Sorb 1, a good flow through the granulate is important. It is advisable to position Panta Sorb 1 in the filter bag in the flow or to add it to the filter as a medium. Conductivity and pH value are not influenced.

500 g Panta Sorb 1 binds 15000 mg phosphate. If silicates or other competing ions are present, the phosphate binding capacity will be reduced accordingly. Panta Sorb 1 is harmless for fish, plants and invertebrates.

Dosage: 100 grams of Panta Sorb 1 keeps 100 litres of normally polluted aquarium water low in phosphate for at least 3 months.

Regular measurement of the phosphate level is advisable, as phosphate levels rise sharply again after the binding capacity of Panta Sorb 1 has been exhausted.
